GO SPRING! TRAIL RUN/HIKE
Saturday 5/4/19 7.5km race 3km Trail Kids
Our earliest start for the Go Spring! We opted to avoid the fishing opener and Mother’s Day weekend. The Go Spring! is first race in the Urban Trail Series and is a good introduction to Battle Creek Regional Park and the Nordic ski and single track trails. Be prepared for grass, dirt paths and a couple of big rocky climbs!

Race Modification and Cancellation in the Event of Severe Weather:
Urban Trail Series race organizers first priority is to ensure that all athletes participating in the events will be safe. The races may be cancelled or shortened in the case of severe weather including extreme heat and humidity, high winds and lightning.
We will utilize The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Heat and Humidity Guidelines for Races, as well as information from the National Weather Service to decide how the races will be managed in case of severe weather conditions.
Best location to watch from will be accessible from the Start/Finish area at the Battle Creek Rec Center
